Chez Lesley – we do the bookings (see “links”) – rates are less for small parties
Chez Michel – an agency does the bookings from April – October (http://www.topictravel.nl/ - reference FLO.105) but you can book with us out of season.

Changeover day is Saturday. You can come in after 4pm and need to leave on your last day by 10am.

* Christmas and New Year bookings are available by arrangement (900 euros for the week)

Cleaning – the properties are presented in a tidy, clean and welcoming state. Guests must leave them as they find them unless they opt to pay for a final clean (60 euros). If they opt for the final clean, they must still be left tidy (with rubbish placed in the bins/bags provided for re-cycling).

Bedding – 10 euros per bed per stay

Towels – 5 euros per person per stay

Central Heating – 50 euros per week

A damages deposit of 200 euros is chargeable on arrival and (assuming no damage) will be returned when guests leave.
